Years ago when the owners of SunSpring Properties were managing SunSpring's Arkansas properties they were quietly buying 1/4 acre residential building lots in a beautiful private community called "Woodland Hills". Until now those lots were not actively promoted.
Woodland Hills is a private suburb of historic Hardy, Sharp County, Arkansas, located in the foothills of the fabled Ozark Mountains. There are two private lakes in this community, each accessible only to property owners. All lots are within easy walking distance of one or both of the lakes, are fully forested for privacy, and most come with annual property taxes less than $25!
There is no major manufacturing for many miles, and no freeways. So the air in this undiscovered pristine retirement place is always fresh and clean. It's a mild four season climate with year 'round golf for the hardy folks, and NO HURRICANES!
Building lots in some USA retirement vacation places sell for hundreds of thousands of dollars. But SunSpring was able to buy lots in Woodland Hills years ago before the baby boomers began to retire and drive up real estate prices.
To introduce Woodland Hills, SunSpring has decided to let a few Woodland Hills lots go on a first come first served basis for only $5,800 per lot plus $80 closing costs!
